Book an inspectionA defibrillator only helps if it is flawless the moment every second counts. We have developed our own system of professional technical inspections. After the inspection you receive a certificate with all results, and the device is entered into the Defibrillator Register.
01Why a regular inspection
An FDA study showed that between 1993 and 2008, 1,284 semi-automatic defibrillators failed during use, mostly due to poor maintenance. The same happens in Slovenia. An annual inspection is the only way to know the device will truly work during cardiac arrest.
02What the inspection includes
Functional testing of the device, connection to a computer and review of its internal operation and memory, checking the expiry of pads and battery, and measuring the actual shock energy with a professional instrument.
03One-off or recurring
You can choose a one-off inspection or authorise us for regular inspections. For regular inspections we manage the schedule and contact you before each visit to arrange a time.
