Terms of business
These terms apply to purchases and services provided by AED Service d.o.o.
1. Provider
The provider is AED Service d.o.o., Obrtna ulica 13, 6310 Izola, Slovenia. The company is registered for the sale of medical equipment and operates in line with the Medical Devices Regulation.
2. Orders and prices
All prices include VAT. An order is binding once confirmed. For larger orders and institutional purchases we are happy to prepare a personalised offer through our inquiry process.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. Payment by proforma invoice is available for companies and institutions on request.
4. Delivery
Delivery within Slovenia normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 50 EUR. Delivery to other EU countries is available by arrangement.
5. Warranty and returns
All devices carry the manufacturer warranty and the statutory guarantee. As medical devices, defibrillators and consumables are subject to specific handling rules; please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
6. Complaints
For any complaint, write to info@aed-service.net or call +386 5 640 40 60. We resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, AED Service d.o.o. declares that it does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent.
